The Best Marinade Ever. Really!

Ok guys,

I know you may say it’s simple, non controversial and if I dare say..a bit boring, but you are 100% wrong.

Marinades make the meat marvelous.

They celebrate the wonder of the chicken, make veggies vivacious and make seafood succulently¬†scrumptious. ( and yes, that’s a real word)

Today I am sharing with you a universal marinade that I have made that will transform your foods within an hour to something amazing.

It’s a simple white wine marinade that anyone can make and will make your dishes taste as if they came out of the Four Seasons.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 Cup White Wine

1/4 Cup White Vinegar

1/4 Cup Vadalia Onion ( minced)

1/2 Tsp Dried Basil

1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

1 Tsp Lemon Juice

Yields: 1 cup

Enough for about 2-3 lbs.

Method:

Pour marinade in a resealable bag and place your chicken, seafood or veggie of choice and let sit in the refrigerator for 4 -24 hours.

* Big Note: Discard left over marinade after removing meat.
